WORTH IT$500
I've always hated the bump on my nose and started to have consults with drs for traditional rhinoplasty. I have very severe Crohn's disease and was reluctant to go under the knife or something elective. So I started to look at nonsurgical rhinoplasty and I found a doctor nearby and the results are AMAZING!!!

How long does it last? Is there a filler that last longer? Im still hesitating on filler or surgery...

They do have perm fillers (I believe artifill -sp?) .. But the restylane lasts 6-9 months.. Others like 1-2 years ..
I'm getting married in March and was Ok with going with the Restylene incase I didn't like it and wanted it to go away or settle in a couple months .. I will be looking for a longer lasting filler for the next time.. But even if this was my only option - I'm sold for life! Lol:)
If you have a bump I would recommend the fillers! It was so easy and I am happy with the result ..I was a bit concerned with changing the proportions of my face.. Also I read about a lot of surgeries that still needed tweaking (either with additional surgery or filler after) -my mom has had 3-4 nose jobs to get the result she is looking for.,Not saying that this is the case with all or even the norm but if I can
Get a result I'm happy with with something less invasive then I'm all for it .. I can see how this wouldn't be the best option for the pocketbook .. Overtime. But I think with the longer lasting and permanent fillers out, that might not be a big issue:)

Thank you Danielle! I have a consultation next week with my surgeon and will definately ask him about fillers. Im also getting married but in August so we'll see which option is better in the long run. Congrats on your choice and good luck for the big day!

Wow! That is amazing. Can you please explain more as to what the doctor did to achieve your new nose without surgery? Is this permanent?

Added a syringe of Juvéderm Voluma (different Dr)

After the initial results with the Restylene (which I loved) I noticed that I would metabolize it down quickly I went back after two weeks you have a touchup and once again I started to notice the bump come back just very slightly. So I went to another doctor and he suggested the Juvéderm voluma ... This has seem to work much better and holding the area and I also had him "overfill" the area so when the swelling and the natural bits that become metabolized went away I would be happy still!

Used Dr Shallot in Daytona Beach Florida for The Juvéderm it will not allow me to change my doctor. If anyone knows how to change that let me know:)
