WORTH IT
Got the green light to work core/abs today, so no more excuses!! I'm beyond happy with my TT results, and love, love, love the boobs! They squish, they bounce, and they stay up where they belong! Final bra size is 36DDD, but I typically wear a light cotton sports bra just for nipple coverage. I can skip the bra completely for the right dress/top, and that's quite liberating! Sharing just a few images I received today (pre-op and 6-months post-op) -- unfortunately those sexy little photo panties aren't flattering! Oh well, at least we only have to wear them for their intended purpose.

I'm loving my results already... where I once saw only the flaws in my body, I now like what I see in the mirror :-) Stretch marks and all!
Beautiful results! Love how your BB ended up with a nice hooded appearance, makes it look natural. Thanks for sharing your experience with running post op. I'm anxious to get back, but still can't stand up straight at 19dpo, so working my way towards walking at this point. I'm guessing it'll be 5-6 weeks PO before I can run again.
You look amazing! I love how low your incision is and I'm going to use you as one of my wish pictures!! Boobs look great too!!
Thanks! Best of luck to you on your journey!
Love love love how low your incision is, and I also like the way it's cut differently, and your boobs look very very close to your wish pic!!
Your TT incision is nice, thin and low. And your BB looks so natural! Do you get any swelling at the end of the day? I will be on the flat side with Dr. Fiala soon! Thanks for the update.
Your results are fantastic! I love how low your TT scar is. I wish I would have stressed on a lower incision.
I'm looking into tattoo ideas.
My scar also moved up slowly with healing. It was quite a bit lower immediately post op... with healing and further tightening of the skin it's pulled up.

To Jiggle or Not To Jiggle
So I noticed something today while running... I'm still guarding my core and not running loose, not striding out or pushing myself. Just trying to get the feel again... And today I realized that the TT got rid of all the "bounce" I used to feel as the extra skin moved with each step. Boobs were tucked in nicely, tummy felt firm and stable, but the junk in the trunk felt like a pogo stick hopping along behind me!
Looking forward to toning that area more and feeling less bounce! Squats, lunges - what specific moves are good at this point (6 weeks postop) that still take it easy on the core?

Body weight squats and floor donkey kicks are great for firming the butt but easy on the core. I also did hip adduction machine. It's the machine where you push the weight outward with your knees and sitting on the edge of the seat when performing the exercise really targets the buns. Only use very light weight. Hope this helps!!
Running, squats, incline walking and elliptical at this point is about all you can do right now. You look hot momma. You will get those buns firmed in no time.
