Massages Sore and Nipple Sensation

Two questions for you ladies:
1. I just started massaging my breasts and they are sore! Is this normal? Am I doing it wrong? Any advice appreciated!
2. It's been 2 weeks and I still have no real nipple sensation. I know it can take a while but what about you? How long did it take?

I know it's been awhile since your surgery they look great how did they heal? Did u use anything to get the minimal scaring? I'm planning on going to Fiala but I was qouted a really high price. did u get the gummi implants ? I saw a post u say silicone is there a diffrence.. I have Saline now and want to replace with gummi gel?? If u can please post a pic how well u have healed would like to see if scars are minimal. Thank u
I had mine Manny years ago and yes I'd massage or put pressure . Could get pretty sore. Did u use those tapes for less scarring does he recommended them?

2 week update

Had 2nd follow up yesterday. Everything looks good. Lee recommended I start putting Vaseline on my incisions to get rid of glue. A ton came off last night so I was happy! I also started massage which made me sore afterwards a little. I'm loving them!

How was your post op appointment? Have you gone back to work?
Yes, I went back Monday to work. Post op was great. They said everything looks good. I can tell I'm overdoing it a little. My boobs are sore and swollen by the end of the day. They feel heavy and sore. I took a pain pill tonight and going to try to get a good nights rest. Much more sore under my armpit than before.....hopefully it's healing pains
How was your visit?
Good..too swollen to remove anything so I go back friday. Other than having trouble sleeping I feel good!
I think the singular is keeping me up and keeping me from sleep. I'm gonna start taking it in the am to help.
