Dr. Fiala is hands-down the best breast surgeon in Florida, if not the entire USA! I first saw him back in February 2006 for a lift/augmentation. At that time, I was insistent on having minimal scars and opted for the Benelli lift against Dr. Fiala's recommendations for a full (anchor) lift. He warned me I wouldn't get the best results doing the Benelli would probably need to revisit the surgery few years down the road. I also had asymmetry that he fixed by using a larger implant on right side. I was happy with my results but as the years went by, I started resagging (I have poor skin tone) and sure enough I ran right back to Dr. Fiala to get a proper full lift, along with larger implants (yep, I had boob greed, LOL).
In December 2009, nearly 4 years after my first breast surgery, Dr. Fiala removed my old implants, did a full anchor lift, resized the aerolas and inserted implants under the muscle. He did an amazing job with phenomenal results. Anyone and everyone who has ever seen my new breasts comments on how fabulous they look. They feel soft, natural and are perfectly shaped. I can't even tell you how many times I have given out Dr. Fiala's name & number when people ask who did them. 5 of my girlfriends have gone to him now. Dr. Fiala is the 'Michelangelo' of breasts.
Before the surgeries, I was naturally a full 34C, albeit saggy and asymmetrical. After first surgery, I was about a 34D to 34DD (275CC, 325CC silicone tear drops, under the muscle). The second surgery I went much larger with 550CC silicone high profiles, under the muscle, giving me a new size of 34DDD! FYI: Dr. Fiala doesn’t like to do super large implants (i.e. stripper boobs) especially on small-framed petite women. Initially I wanted to go with 600CC, he shook his head no, said how about 500CC? We ended up compromising and went with the 550CC. They certainly are big for my frame but I still love them! Probably should have did the 500CC as its difficult finding pretty bras and shirts to fit. He definitely knows what he’s talking about when he recommends a certain procedure or size, listen to him Ladies!
His entire staff, from the front office to the recovery nurses, is professional, caring, and friendly. They make you feel like one big family. I have been going there for 10 years now (other procedures/fillers) and still receive top-notch professional treatment.
