So it's been 7 weeks and they look and feel great. Very happy with the results couldn't have ask for anything better.

I truly believe that it has everything to do with the Dr. We did our research and he is simply the best we have seen. Does some amazing work.

Well after spending nearly a year researching and lots of discussions I made what I feel was the perfect choice. Dr Fiala was the third place that we had been to and was by far the most comfortable person to talk to. He spent quite a while in his own office talking to you before doing the first exam. The staff was also just as fantastic as he was.
I tried on the different sizes to see what fit me the best and picked a 325 Mentor Mod plus. It was an easy choice after finishing the exam to go ahead and schedule the surgery that day. I have to say that the next few weeks were a little nerve wracking because you just never know what can happen.
Surgery was on Wednesday and went well. Never had to take any pain meds and was back at work on Friday, mostly to just be out of the house. It's been 5 weeks and I've had zero problems and everything is healing really well.
Will post up 5 week pictures next.
