I have been wanting a breast augmentation since I was 18 and I realized that my chest wasn't ever going to get any bigger. However, I decided to wait until I knew exactly how I wanted them to be. Around the age of 29 I started becoming seriously motivated to make this into a reality. I started watching videos on YouTube and looking at doctor's before and after pictures and patient's results. I came across Dr. Fiala's work and was very impressed with how his patients looked afterwards. But at the time I didn't have a money saved up and shortly after I forgot his name. Then, last year, I had the money saved up and decided to start looking around again. One of my co-workers told me of this amazing doctor who was a perfectionist and very gentle with her surgery. I was amazed how good her chest looked and how natural they seemed. I had to get her doctor's information right then. I then went home and looked at his website. To my surprise he was the same doctor that I was considering before. Feeling like this was fate I booked my consultation. I then ran into another co-worker who insisted that I go to her doctor. I explained I already had my consultation with Dr. Fiala. She then told me that was exactly who she was going to recommend . I was so pleased that another person I know had such great results and highly recommend him. Even my OBGYN, who I value her opinion very highly, also knew Dr. Fiala and said I was good hands. In the end I got the surgery done and I couldn't be happier. The recovery process was a breeze and I really appreciated how well they prepare you weeks before and after the surgery. I'm now three months out and they are exactly how I wanted them. My main other concern than my chest size was my nipples. I felt like they were too big for my chest and now with the breast augmentation they look like they belong. People who don't see me often and people I'm meeting for the first time don't even know that I had a breast augmentation. I'm so grateful to Dr. Fiala and his team who helped me become a more confident version of myself. And as for husband, he is happy that I have a new level of confidence to wear clothes that I would never have worn before.

Dr. Fiala is always extremely professional and takes the time to understand what his patients want. His follow ups showed true concern that the healing process went well and that the scars were healing nicely. He gives you a check list during your follow ups to help you along you recovery process. It list all the things you can do and need to do during that stage after the procedure.
