Waste of time and money - lost 7/8 kilos and put them back quickly

I had the allurion balloon from May to August. It has been a falure and I didn’t like the way the consultant from the Mazzola’s clinic (Angry, Italy) hid the different stages of the symptoms. She never told me about the possibility of not being successful and promised me that I could lose at least 15 kg. Also, she explained a little more after putting the ball in, when I already felt bad and couldn't stand up.
I wasn’t expected to look like a pregnant woman since the stamac it looks big and I have to hide it with large clothes and it is very frustrated doing it in summer time!
They also make me swallow the big pill without any sedative, which is very normal in Italy and they never told me I had to do it fully awake. It was traumatizing!
I lost 7/8 kilos in total and I can’t lose them any more since I have my appetite and I don’t feel full anymore, and I still have to finish my fourth month.
I became constipated and now I have hemorrhoids.
I only lost weight because I have been vomiting for 2 months and have had diarrhea for weeks.
I am spending so much money to suffer for so long with no great results.
I have also been to the gym twice a week and I think that thanks to this I have not gained weight and not thanks to the ball.

Sorry to hear of your lack of support and information. Clearly led to a very poor experience and subsequent weight loss. I had pre procedure support and post implant follow ups inc dietician. I was fully aware of what was involved and fortunately I went through the private ward of my local NHS hospital. The consultant was excellent however what no one mentioned is the endless nausea. 4 weeks in I struggle to brush teeth without vomiting. I struggle to take tablets having trauma from swallowing the balloon “pill”. Weakness. Tiredness. Inability to sleep. List is endless. Am told nausea will eventually pass. But 4 weeks! Really. I have lost 1.5 stone but probably due to not being able to eat and the stomach cramps. Wish I’d saved my £4K and not bothered.
