2nd fat graft after almost 1 year
My first fat graft was on 14 July 2017. As my doctor has an option of free top-up within a year, I decided to go for it to make my boobs fuller. My fats have retained well after one year and I’m happy with the results overall. I just wanted them to be fuller.
I had my surgery this afternoon and I’m back now. Somehow, I feel more drowsy this time round. Really liking how full my boobs look right now. I hope they retain this fullness though I know they will shrink a little after the swell has gone down in a few weeks.

3 months after fat transfer to breasts
It’s now past my 3-month mark. I’ve reviewed a few private messages especially from those in Asia and of course from Singapore, wanting to find out more and a few have already made an appt to see Dr Ho.
Here are some of my photos for your comparison. The fats have retained which I’m glad. I now fill a full B cup bra and for some type and the cut of bras, (mainly La Senza) I have to wear 34C or 36B.
I would say I prefer my current boobs as they are fuller than before as there are no more empty spaces when I wear my bras. Both breasts are more similar in sizes now compared to pre op. My right boob was considerably smaller than my left and it bothers me that when I wear strapless bra, the right boob will show that it doesn’t fill the cup to the brim and one can tell there are empty spaces with a tighter fitting top.
I’m due for my 3-month follow up in mid November (which will then be my 4-month mark). I will discuss with Dr Ho then about the free top-up as I haven’t decided if I will go for it. I’m tempted to make my boobs another half or 1 cup bigger than now to a full C cup but I’m not sure if I wanna go thru’ the whole process again. Will keep you all posted after my follow up appt in November.

You look great! It is so nice to be able to fill out bras. Best of luck on figuring out if a top-up is right for you. Free does sound good though ha!
Thanks Betterbody10! How are you feeling now? Are your fats retaining after your 2nd fat transfer? Did you have to repeat the whole process for your 2nd fat transfer? Or did the doctor save some fats from your first op?
I’m feeling great and think I’m retaining well. I did have to repeat the whole process, but it was worth it for me! I don’t think most doctors save the fat, I have heard of that before, but I read that it’s best to use “fresh” harvested fat right away. I read that the fat that is stored is not as viable.
Yeah that’s what I thought. If my doctor intended to save my fats the first time round, he would have told me. The funny thing is, my abdomen still kinda itches sometimes and there’s still a little bit of numbness from the first surgery. Do you experience the same thing?
Yes I think I still had some numbness/soreness for the first few months but then went away. I think I’m healing better this second surgery since most my soreness is gone. My back was a bit numb but I think it’s better now at 8 Weeks later. I didn’t really get itchy except when I wore the compression garment the first few weeks. Hope you feel better soon!
if you have free top up go for 2nd round it will be perfect! you went thru it juz fine u shld be ever to overcome it again. good luck
Thanks Cat! Yes, I will go for 2nd round probably in a few months' time before I hit the 1 year mark! Will post photos when I do :)
