Sorry its been awhile - crazy last couple of months! I had ulcers which caused me to become anemic... so a colonoscopy and 2 endoscopies later they are healing, with some help from meds. I continue to try to be as active as possible working at a desk 8 hours a day! My skin is still weird and rubbery but coming along. My hubby is dealing with Lyme disease and its terrible side effects but hanging in there, so that is stressful. On a happy note we are getting a boxer puppy next week - my hubby's dream! So that will make 3 furbabies for us! We are going to a friend's wedding in October, looking forward to rockin' my new dress! Will post a pic. Hope everyone is doing well!

Hi Tess, nice to hear from you. You are approaching your surgery anniversary too, so look back at your original photos and see how far you have come. It is a humbling experience. Sorry to hear of your health problems, but I am betting the recovery is easier now than the unhealthy 'old you' would have allowed. Keep smiling, enjoy life and love the new Boxer, a great dog.

Hello all! Hope all is going well! So it's about 4 1/2 months and I am swollen again.... I'm hoping this is just a stage since I have been walking on the treadmill at least 5 days a week. It feels like a weight in the front. I wear a shaper 24/7 .. so fellow TT's, any commiserating/advice? Have a great day!

Hi Tess, nice to hear from you. I would give your PS a call and tell him you don't think this is normal and has he any suggestions, it can't hurt. If your weight is about the same and with the increased exercise (great feeling isn't it?) there must be a reason for the sudden swelling.

Hi Tess, I think it's VERY normal. I continue to have swelling - some days worse that others, depending on my activity levels. Swelling can continue up to a year as you probably already know. Take care and God bless!

Hello all, sorry it's been so long. Doing pretty good, hope the same to you! 11 months and still rubbery weird skin but no fat belly. Last checkup with PS he said I have to be more active - easier said than done sitting at a desk 8 hours a day but I make sure I get up and move and stretch every hour if possible and try to get 20 minutes in on the treadmill every other night-working up to every night.
How is everyone else doing?

The swelling has finally gone down! My husband got me the treadmill I asked for for Christmas so now I can do some serious walking instead of sniff and pees with the pups LOL. I am so glad I had the TT , worth every penny and moment of discomfort.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all XO
O and pics to follow soon.

Hi Tess, it is a great feeling isn't it. I updated my 3mth review also. I bet your husband is proud of you too. More energy, excited about life again and being fitter and looking better are great results from surgery aren't they? Well done and thank you for your support of my progress. Merry Christmas and a Fabulous New Year to you and your Husband.
