Still feeling really sore like I did 1000 squats. The incisions on the back of the leg still burn and have been sticking to my garment so when I go to the bathroom they hurt terribly. I put some bacitracin on it and put a bandaid there and that seems to soothe it some. Tried to take a shower but got dizzy and went right back to bed. All and all I feel pretty good and if it was not for those 2 pesky incisions I think I would be fine! I am making sure I am resting quite a bit though! I took off 4 1/2 days from work to stay off my feet . I work in retail management so my job requires me to stand most of the day. I wanted to make sure I was off my feet for at least the first few days post op.

I just had smart lipo done on my inner / outer thighs and flanks this morning!
I had a tummy tuck 2 years ago and my flanks were not symmetrical , this is why decided to go back to my surgeon and see what could be done . When we decided smart lipo I asked to add my inner and outer thighs as well . I was super nervous this morning but my doctor had given me a prescription for something to calm me down which helped tremendously. As for the procedure for the most part I didn't feel much there were some times when I definitely felt Sharp pains but this was not often. The procedure took approximately two hours & after they were finished I was helped into my garment which I have to wear for two weeks straight and after the two weeks I have to wear it 50% of the time . I was told I could shower today if I wanted to and I tried that but I do not recommend it !!! The incisions in the front were fine but as soon as the water hit the incisions on my back it was like hot needles were being stuck into them. It burned so bad that I got dizzy and felt as if I were going to faint and I actually had to call my husband to help me ! I mostly feel sore like everyone else has said, like I've had a really good workout, but the back of my legs are a different story, it hurts so bad that it's the sole reason I am taking the pain pills. It will be different tomorrow. I did drain an awful lot that my garment was completely saturated. While I was in the shower I threw it in the washer and the blood and fluid came all out. I'm only still oozing from the back of the legs which I was surprised with, the Dr. Bad warned me I could ooze for up to 2 days. I don't really see a difference right now but I am very swollen. I will update more tomorrow, hopefully the burning pinching sensation in the back will subside.
