I am 48 years old and just not loving the way my body looks. Gravity time and surgeries make me sad whenever I look in the mirror. My husband buys my clothes he thinks I will look beautiful in and I hide them in the back of my closet because I can see my sagging abdomen. I have had 2 c sections and a hysterectomy. The three scars are very close together and form an indent at the base of my abdomen. Because of that I have a perpetual muffin top with a flap of skin that overhangs. I have had this when I was thin or heavy. I am overweight now although I work out several times a week and eat healthy most of the time. I am fairly content with most of my body except my stomach and my boobs. I always loved my breasts but they seem to have fallen. With my most recent weight loss and I guess gravity I find they look like empty balloons. I have to lift them up inside my bra and they just seem like they have lost their stuffing. I am having a tummy tuck lipo to flanks back and abdomen and a breast lift. I am going back in about six months for implants if my girls are not full enough but want the lift first. The ps stated that implants and a lift together do not always have the desired outcome.

I am starting to feel more normal then I have since my surgery. I tried to do some errands and shopping today. I am still a bit too sore for any real shopping but it did feel great to be doing normal things again.
I still have some swelling and the lipo areas are still a bit uncomfortable. The Arnica cream really does help those areas though. I am so thankful I found this place for tips like that one. My scars still look ugly but I do like the shape of my abdomen and breasts. I am really liking the way my body looks with clothes on. It is so cool to not look down and see that pendulous abdomen that I have hated for 25 years! I love how my waist is more narrow too. Not all is fantastic but that is OK.
My right breast keeps leaking at the incision. It isn't infected so it is just a nuisance but that is one more thing I am anxious to not have to deal with. Tomorrow he will remove some sutures.
