You are looking great. Very neat incisions and looks like they are healing nicely. I am going over the muscle, with around 250cc. I already have probably a little more breast tissue than you to begin with. I am happy to hear that you're making good progress. Thanks for the update.

I heard over the muscle there is a slightly higher rate of capsular contraction who did u end up going with I know my dr very rarely goes over the muscle unless the woman are body building often. I wish u the best of luck and if U have any questions on what your going through I'm happy to help

That's interesting. My surgeon does more over the muscle surgeries than under the muscle. I already have some breast tissue and I do exercise quite a bit. I am from Australia so my surgeon is from Perth. Today is the day, can't say I had the best sleep but I'm looking forward to getting the process underway. Will let you know how I go. :)

Day 3 post op and I am feeling a little more human today. My BL and BA went for 4 hours and then I had a hematoma so the surgeon had to go in again and remove 300ml of blood. Lucky it was found while I was still in recovery. So a bit of an ordeal and because of the two anaesthetics and the long operating time, I have been sleepy to say the least. I have been really tight across my chest but that seems a little better today. I hope your recovery continues to go well. Where is PA?

Wow I'm so glad they caught it before you came home!! How do you like your results so far? Oh let me let you in on something else to expect - about a week after I got crazy depressed for some unknown reason!! I heard so many other woman say the same thing but never understood how they could possibly be depressed after finally getting the chance to regain some self confidence! But it happened to me too- I guess it's got something to do with surgical trauma and different brain chemicals that are released after your body goes through something major like this! Anyway if it happens just know it's normal and think positive - also my scale was up 15 (no joke ) 15 pounds a week later from bloat and constipation!!! Pa is on the east coast not to far from New York or New Jersey

Any more updates. I'm 4 days away from surgery and have very similar breasts to what you used to have. Am keen to see how you are progressing. Did you have overs or unders? Thankyou.

I think that means under the muscle so yes that is what I have! Lol! I work with horses so my chest muscles are very tight I think it will take me some time to drop. I was concerned with some discomfort I still had about 2.5 weeks in but everything seems to be progressing as it should . I can sometimes feel my left implant when I use the muscle for certain movements ( normal daily activity) but I believe one it drops it won't be an issue. I massage several times a day. If your breasts truly are as extreme as mine - expect some discomfort massaging up to three weeks! don't panick! Lol your body takes time to heal!
