36 Years Old, 3 Kids and Much Needed Tummy Tuck - Allentown, PA

I must say, I feel amazing. Idk what I was expecting with recovery. Reading everyone else's recovery stories had me excited and paranoid all at the same time lol. I am really pissed that I spent allllll of this money on post surgical supplies that I never needed to use. I went really overboard lol. I have been standing straight since one week post op, my discomfort is going away. Although I'm still a little stiff around my waist and my incision is healing very well, knock wood. I'm also using the skinmedica scar gel that my surgeon suggested. I am a little itchy and sore around my incision line but it isn't unbearable. I do realize that this surgery isn't an "easy fix" and do plan on doing Zumba as soon as I get the okay from Dr G. Zumba, for me, is a fun workout that I've done in tha past that I actually love. Along with trying to eat as clean as I possibly can. I can only imagine what this tummy is gonna look like after working out and losing some weight :) well that's all for now. Happy Healing loves!
