My consultation was a breeze and left me feeling comfortable and ready! I have taken a break from working out and eating healthy for about 6 months due to moving and a busy schedule and unfortunately put some weight back on. I still have a pretty small frame but have centralized stubborn body fat on my lower abdomen, flanks and inner thighs. This procedure will be ONE treatment to my abdomen and flanks.

The ladies at Ideal Image are amazing. They are super personable and make you feel so comfortable and safe. They are very detailed in everything that will happen before, during and after the procedure. We first took my before pics. Then, we moved to the actual room to begin the procedure.
We started with my flanks first and then moved to my lower abdomen.
Flanks:
I am smaller so it took several times for my fat to get sucked up and STAY in the applicator.
When she placed it on my it literally feels like a giant vacuum. There was no pain, just the suction pressure. After about 5 minutes you feel like slight burning sensation. It feels like a slight rug burn and was very tolerable. That feeling lasted about 10 minutes and then a cooling feeling came over the area. She made sure I had pillows propping me up, my coffee/phone in hand and left me to sit for the 1 hour period. After that she came in, took the applicators off and massaged each side for about 2 minutes. I would say this is the most uncomfortable part, not painful...uncomfortable. The area is tender to the touch. Comparable to a bruise.
The area was pretty tender right when she took the applicators off...but only for about 15 minutes and then the pain subsided. I could walk and bend normally. The area was just really red, which faded as well.
Lower Abdomen:
I did not have enough fat to use the same vacuum like applicator on my abdomen. So instead, I received a flat applicator that still freezes the cells, just does not suck them in. I experienced the exact same notions; rug burn, cold and slightly numb. That area took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. She came in and massaged the area for about 2 minutes as well. It was like modeling clay! She would move the frozen, clumped fat cells and they would stick like that for a moment before settling to normal. The area has the same tenderness for the 15 minutes after the applicator was taken off and was a dark red.
Afterwards...I got dressed, left with my 3 month post check up date, went grocery shopping, cleaned my house, meal prepped my food, got a physic read (heehee) and then to bed with no sort of pain relievers. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I did put a compression garment on right after, more to help me with my posture so I didn't bed too much.

I slept fine throughout the night with no problems at all.
Today I am working an 11 hour shift with leggings and baggy sweater and am doing just fine! :)
My flanks are slightly bruised and tender to the touch. My abdomen has no physical bruising but I can tell it is swollen a bit and tender to the touch.

Hello!
Honestly, I didn't have much to lose so I don't think it was very beneficial for me...although I told it was best for people that had little to lose in those problem areas. If i had to go back and do it again, I wouldn't. A good ol' diet and workout plan is what works best...just plain and simple.

Thaks for writing me back! I thought you already looked good in your Before pics. So sorry it didn't work for you! I had my under arm area done last year and I had some marginal results.
