All on 4 Dental Implants

Had an accident in May 2023 where I fell and broke my upper 4 front teeth. My lower jaw was overcrowded and teeth coming out the bone.
Various teeth couldn't be saved so I opted to investigate All on 4 dental implants.
4th March 2024 I had all teeth removed under general anaesthetic in a hospital. 8 implants inserted, 4 top and 4 bottom.
6th March I had the fitting for the temporary teeth, that hurt a lot due to swelling and teeth only removed 2 days prior.
8th March fitted for temporary teeth. Still stung for lower jaw when tightening but not as painful as the earlier fitting.
18th March and I have some challenges and concerns with the temporary all on 4 dental implants.....big gap on top right side jaw where I can suck my lip into false gum. Not as high as other side and looks crooked to me, smile not straight?
Bottom jaw has concerning problems to me. My chin , right side of lip are still numb entirely and a wave effect feeling of "sensitivity" under implant. Concerned there is nerve damage. I'm also finding I have a lisp and the gum fakse part behind my teeth, upper and lower is so thick and bulky. I'm not sure if that thick gum is there when the permanents are placed in 6 months time.i hope not.
The swelling and bruising has all gone, just complete numbness in lower jaw at front.
Will update next appointment.
