I was getting married and June 26 and wanted to Lipo my chin area so it could appear smaller on my profile in my wedding pictures. I had a consultation and the facility I went to had a special for $1500 which was the lowest price I could find. Since it was a smAll area and I was on a budget I booked an appointment. I was told that this would be the fastest result with minimal swelling in comparison to kibella and coolsculpting. I thought it would be a good option because I looked at multiple results on the Internet and people with chins larger than I had amazing results. I wanted to look beautiful got my wedding. I actually think my chin looks larger than it used to.

Two days later I went into the office for the procedure. The nurse was trying to adjust the head brace which was similar to one used at a massage place and it broke. They didn't have a replacement so I had to hang my head off the table. I'm not sure if that was acceptable or not. The doctor started to I guess numb me and I didn't know what to expect so I reacted by raising my hand up, the nurse had stepped out the room. Perhaps I shouldn't have but with my head hanging off the table and having stuff pushed in my throat area I just reacted. I wasn't going to grab his hand, the doctor yelled at me. It was the end of the day and he was probably frustrated but they didn't inform me what to expect and I didn't know what he was doing or what the procedure was and my head was upside down. Well after that he seemed to have an attitude and I was uncomfortable and embarrassed because I felt as though I was just scolded. I started crying and tears ran up (not down since I was upside down) the rest of the procedure. In my wedding photos my chin was still swollen and the heat where I got married at didn't make it any better.

When I went for a follow up the first time of it was swelling because I just had to procedure which is understandable. The second follow up was about 2 months later. The nurse also didn't see any difference so asked me to get undressed so she could check my weight and I hadn't gained any weight so she said give it more time.
Pros:
quick procedure
Cost effective
Cons:
painful
Itching and swelling for like 6-8 weeks
Doesn't work like you're shown on the Internet
You may end up looking worst

It was the end of the day and he got frustrated with me because I raised my hand up. So he did yell at me probably because I scared him but everything was uncomfortable after that. I started crying between not knowing what they were doing and bring upside down I was just done. Embarrassed and sad.
