I’m still very swollen and kinda bruised, but the pain and discomfort has gone down a lot!

Have you been able to work out since it’s been a week post operation? Also, what about pain medication? Are you taking any for the soreness? Thank you f or sharing your journey! I’m setting an appt to go this week.
