As I had aged and lost my hair the large and prominent ears I had from childhood, which had not caused me any concern in my life previously, began to look even bigger and became even more prominent. I was more conscious of them than ever before and found myself worrying about my appearance and looking at myself in the mirror more frequently. I decided to look into the possibility of having the ears reduced in size or pinned closer to my head. My research led me to contact Dr Gary Ross. The results of the procedure which he performed can be seen in the photos below. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Dr Ross gave me very clear, honest and professional advice at my initial consultation. He was thorough in his explanation of the possible procedures available to reduce the size and appearance of my ears, and he outlined the reasons why he felt some options would be preferable to others in my specific case. I felt confident and reassured by his explanations and we agreed on a procedure which would involve pinning the ears back closer to the head, with no reduction in the size of the ears. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the surgery and feel that all aspects of my care and treatment were dealt with in a professional and sympathetic manner.
