I haven't had my procedure with Dr. Alexander yet as i am still trying to save for the procedure...but i had to leave this review. Dr.A is a brilliant surgeon and a fantastic person. I had a primary and revision nose surgery performed by another surgeon. The results are terrible. My nostrils are very asymmetrical and my nose is crooked. I made the mistake of selecting a surgeon who authored rhinoplasty textbooks. That surgeon was a joke, he knows nothing about noses. When i visited Dr. A, he listened attentively to my concerns. He took pictures, checked my sinuses and thoroughly examined my nose. I was blown away at how meticulous he was during the hour long consultation. This is how a consultation should be. Dr. A, you are truly a great person. You made your self available through email when i had additional questions to ask. I hope everyone realizes how amazing this surgeon is. If you want to have a cosmetic procedure performed, you should go the very best and Dr. A is your man. Thanks for everything. Chris S.
