I had always said that once I was finished having...

I had always said that once I was finished having children, I wanted a "mommy makeover." When we decided that we were finished after having my 3.5 year old, I scheduled my consultation. My biggest complaint was my postpartum deflation. I wanted to restore volume back to my breasts, and I knew this would require an augmentation. When I met with Dr. Becker, I knew that he was the surgeon for me. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. He thoroughly discussed his approach to breast augmentation and listened as we discussed my aesthetic goals. I scheduled my surgery for 5/10/2017. Dr. Becker continued to keep in touch with me up until the day of surgery to make sure I was prepared and we were on the same page with my aesthetic goals. Another characteristic I really appreciate, is that he will not let you off the table until things are just right. He's a perfectionist; which is a characteristic you definitely want in your surgeon.
The night before surgery, I was anxious, but knew I was in great hands.
I am now 4 days postop. I have needed help getting up and down and mainly with getting my compression garment on (I also had lipo to tummy, flanks, inner and outer thighs). The most uncomfortable part from surgery has been the tightness/soreness I have felt from the lipo. I have a lot of diffuse swelling.
In regards to the breast aug, my chest is sore, but feel I get most relief with muscle relaxers. I have a drain on each side, and do not find these as bothersome, as the diameter is very small. I do experience some discomfort or burning sensation when striping the drains, but found if I slow down, it brings a little relief.
While I'm only 4 days postop, I can already tell how happy I am with my results. Will continue to post updates.

31 Year Old, Breast Augmentation and Lipo- Update

I am now 9 days post op from my bilateral breast augmentation and lipo to abdomen, flanks, and inner and outer thighs. I went in for follow up and got my drains out. It was not painful to have the drains pulled. I will continue to wear the breast binder for a couple more days to ensure no fluid collection. I did try on one of my sports bras that I had Preop, and I am so happy with how I fill it out (picture below...it's kind of hard to take a "selfie.") Will continue to update intermittently. I still have swelling from the lipo, but have noticed a decrease in the last 2 days.

*update* 31 to Mommy Make Over- 4 Weeks Postop

Last time I updated, I had just gotten my drains removed. I am now 4 weeks postop and love my results. Trying on my swimsuits for the first time this summer, I feel much more confident. I fill out my swimsuit top much better this summer after my breast aug. I am still wearing my compression garment for the lipo (tummy, flanks, inner/outer thighs) for an additional 2 weeks 24-7 and then will
