Tummy Tuck Time

UPDATED FROM phyre113

One week later...

WORTH IT$6,000
So I'm past the week mark. I've been off of pain meds since Monday. I am quite sore by the end of every day, but in the mornings I'm usually able to stand straight and get around just fine. I am surprised how fast I wear down just walking around the house. My swelling is fluctuating day by day, but my drains finally seem to be slowing down, which is good, because I really want them out when I go to see the doctor on Tuesday. So far I am happy with my results! I can't wait to see what I look like in a few months.

So I've been waiting over 5 years to have my tummy...

So I've been waiting over 5 years to have my tummy tuck done. I just had it done yesterday, and I'm still in denial but I have my old body back. The pain hasn't been as bad as I anticipated. I'm making sure to get a lot of rest, drink plenty of fluids, and get out of bed every couple of hours to get my circulation moving. Everything feels really tight, and it's hard to stand up straight, which is to be expected. I don't have the best before pictures, but I wait in yesterday morning at 198, and I'm 5 ft 7.
