Best plastic surgeon you could ask for. From the moment I scheduled my free consultation to now, almost 4 weeks PO, my experience has been fantastic. The entire staff, from receptionist to nurse, anesthesiologist and surgeon is nothing short of amazing. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel like you are their special visitor. The staff is very knowledgable and sets realistic expectations from the start. Someone always answers the phone and I have never waited on an answer long. Dr. Hopkins is caring and did a fantastic surgery. He made me feel like my surgery was most special. I am highly recommending him to anyone who is interested in plastic surgery.

I do Chalene xtreeme workouts. Started after 7 weeks PO. I do it real slow with the video so I know when to stop when it hurts.
Well it has certainly worked for you! I'm 2 weeks post op today. All I have been doing is walking but I had knee Surgery August 30th, and my knee has decided to give me much grief and pain. Grrrrrrrr!!
You have a long way to go but it's uphill from here. No worries, it just takes time :)
