Absolutely horrible!! I had my nose done and it is worse now, then before. When I expressed my concern after the procedure I was told it would take 5 years to see the results. He would not fix it! It's been over five years. One nostril is extremely larger then the other. one side bigger then the other also after surgery. I had to go back a second time to have skin graphed to fill a hole on the bridge that separates the nostrils. I went back last year and stated it's been five years and no change. He said it needed to be done again and offered to do it for half price. Are you kidding?! Half off?! I look horrible because of Dr. Chen. I am now seeking another surgeon to fix my botched surgery. I was treated horrible by office staff as well. I wish I still had my before pictures and I'm to embarrassed to show my so called "after" results.
