So I went in today for the procedure, They did 3 of the "max" suction devices in a triangle type pattern on my stomach. Each took an hour. They took before pictures and then I had to change into some paper undies and shorts, and bra and sit on the table. The device sucks in the area, it was about 3 inches wide and about 12 or so inches long so it fit almost all of my stomach area each time. The suction is uncomfortable, its like pinching of the fat with a sort of huge clip. It starts to turn cold and for about 10 minutes it was uncomfortable, cold, and pinching me. And then it was frozen numb, and I could finally move and get out my phone and tablet and surfed the net for a while. The next part was removing the suction after an hour and they had to massage my skin because when it comes out it is a huge block of ice! That part was the most uncomfortable. I squirmed and fidgeted for 3 minutes while they aggressively massaged and the skin was so tender to the touch. Then they repeated the process this two more times! It took the wind out of me and I left ok, not hurting just sore. We went to have some lunch and then walked around the mall afterwards and I started to feel lethargic and sore. Every move I made I could feel my stomach move. i ended up falling asleep in the car (we drove an hour out of town for the procedure) and came home and layed down for a while. Compression gear helps a lot. Having my stomach held in makes it more comfortable and now I feel sore, as if I did hundreds of ab workouts yesterday and Im feeling the after of it. I am hoping this will taper down, I purchased ice packs in case it starts to hurt later. Its kind of hard to move around so I'm resting today, and I don't even attempt bending over, ouch!
I will update with before and after pictures and update as often through the next several weeks.

Last night was awful. My stomach really hurt with every move and the only way I could feel comfortable was on my back. Sitting up from any position and trying to getup to walk was painful. I can feel my stomach is inflamed and feels bloated. Very very tender to the touch. I fell asleep with the help of melatonin.
Today was a good day however! Thankfully I was able to shower with no stress and I put on my compression belt (the type you use to promote sweat while working out).i picked up some Tylenol and found arnicare gel at my local sprouts. This gel helped with pain so much! I also got out and walked my dog morning and afternoon to get moving and did some chores. It's now the evening and my pain is manageable. However my stomach is very swollen and feels like it's huge! Will update next week!

I wanted to update that I have been having nerve pain. It feels like my muscles in my upper abdomen are contracted and never released, sort of like a charlie horse in the abs. Its very painful and did not help me focus at my job today. I called the place I had this done and they sent over a prescription for Gabapentin for nerve pain. I start on a low dose and increase so I am hoping this will help me! They have me on it for 9 days. I have been doing ice packs morning and night for 20 minutes, putting cream on, and taking tylenol. I was told I can start taking ibuprofen today so I immedialtey got on that. So far this has been the most pain that I cannot control with what I have been doing.
