I have decided to get Liposuction on my upper and lower abs, flanks and back (bra fat). I wish I would have chosen this as my first option before coolsculpting - will start a new post on that journey. I am scheduled next week, June 24th, 2020!

Two Year Update

I wanted to get on and say that overall, I would not do coolsculpting again. Yes, there was a smoother change in my abdomen, but inches were not lost. The procedure was a waste of money to me. I kind of wish I would have looked into other fat reduction procedures to target the abdomen before settling on this treatment. I ended up getting Financing through a third party and applied through Ideal Image, and I am STILL paying this off, with about 1K to go! Every month, I make a payment to a treatment that I no longer see results or benefits from.

how many inches did you lose with this procedure and would you recommend it? I'm a bit scared now and not sure what to do. I can definitely tell a difference. Would you do it again? I'm wanting to make an appointment soon but i don't handle pain well. I had 2 c-secions and the fat buldges won't go away no matter what i do.They make the proceedure look so painless and easy in all the shows I've watched but I'm really skeptical now.

My recommendation is take some time off for yourself if you do this. At least a week. Everyone reacts differently but I hear the abdomen is the hardest to recover so expect the pings of nerve pain . However it only lasts less than 2 weeks and then you reap the benefits for months to come so it's much less pain than Lipo!
