I've thought about doing implants for years and just now deciding to go for it. I have one 13 year old daughter I nursed for 18 months. I have a lot of upper breast volume loss. Currently wearing VS 34 B. All push up bras, even though there's not much left to push up :-)
I'm undecided about the size of implant. I'm thinking about 350cc.
I did a consult with Dr. Chen and scheduled surgery for 12/18/15. He advised I needed a lift as well. So far, impressed with him and staff. I'm going to go in again and try a few different sizers on under a few things I would typically wear. I've been reading a lot of reviews here and am grateful that so many of you have shared your experiences! I want to share mine to "give back"!

Hey! It looks like we have some things in common! We're close in body size, and goal size, and our surgeries are scheduled for the same day!! I'm a 36C, and hoping for about 275-300 cc's. Are you doing silicone or saline? My kids are 16 and I've wanted to do this for a LONG time!! Merry Christmas to us!!!

Thanks for contacting me! That's really neat that you are doing yours the same day. I'm doing silicone. I'm thinking of doing 350 cc but I'm not real sure. I'm afraid I'll be too big for my small frame. How tall are you?

I'm 5' 3" and about 130lbs. I think everyone's fear is going too big. I think 350 on you looks like a full C to small D, but I'm not an expert ;)

Here are a few pics I found online of what I think I would like. I will be getting sub muscular implants. What cc should I get to achieve similar to these pics if I am currently 34 B? I know they are going to be Mentor Moderate Plus Profile implants.
I don't want a sharply defined round appearance to the upper breast. I think it looks fake and looks like you have balls in your chest :-)
I don't want to end up looking like a [RS bleep] star either! I work in an office and would like to keep a "professional" appearance.
Ideas are welcome!!!

I think the last to look more natural I myself have been thinking of getting implants also I was a 34 4BVP now I fit in a training bra l wish you the best with your decision and your surgery Linda

I'm a little nervous, not too bad though. I'm fretting more about not being able to take a shower for a few days! I'll have to take shallow baths I guess and maybe get my daughter to help me wash my hair somehow!
