Want a D, but Not Sure if That's What I'll Get...- Albuquerque, NM

Hello everyone! I had my pre-op appointment today and I am currently a 34 B and would LOVE to be a D cup! I am a mommy of 2, which were both breastfed. Before my second baby I was a large C...so after breastfeeding him, they deflated. My Dr recommended silicon at 450 cc's. He said they look more natural, but I would rather go with saline. I don't care too much about the naturalness part, I just want to be perky and full again! Any suggestions on saline vs silicon? Is 450 cc's going to give me the look I want...please help!

I had both! When I had saline my hsbsnd said I looked fake; he loves my gels; they are soft an swishy and he says they look natural; I myself don't mine the fake look; I don't really like the natural look; I have gels now; I told my ps I wanted a look between fake and natural if that makes any since; I wanted my boobs to be big and round like barbie not tear shaped at all; he def. Gave me what I wantrd; I have pics if you would like to see them.

Thank you for the advice! I've been really skeptical. I just don't want to go too small and not get the result I want. I agree with you on the in between real and fake look...BTW yours look really good! Two thumbs up!

I think 450 will give you what you want . As far as silicone vs saline I wanted natural feel and didnt want the rippling that's why I went with silicone.

A week and a day to go!! I'm going in today to speak with my PS about implant sizes. I'm still iffy about the 450. For one my friend have the same exact stats...like to the T! She got high profile 340-350cc's. Before she was a B and after she was a C. I know everyone's body is different, but I just want to make sure I'm making the right decision, going with the 450cc's :/

OMGosh! Tomorrows the day!!! I'm dreaming about it, I've looked at boobs online to last me a lifetime..haha! I've even talked mu husbands ear off...which is getting him more excited cause he's a butt man! I'm just ready for this! I started my vitamin C a week ago and my antibiotics yesterday...which make me feel a little weird, but maybe its all in my head! I'm packed and counting down the hours. I hope I sleep tonight, but my hubby is taking a couple days off of work, I'm on break from school, and a stay at home mommy, so I should be fine. Only thing is, is I have a 22 month old that's super attached to me and I won't be able to pick him up....im bummed about that :-\ I'll have to get creative on picking him up. Well hope all you new boobie owners are recovering well and have a great day
