Hi! I'm 30 years old, 5'2, 120lbs. I use to be a 34b/c and content about my size. Then I had 2 children, now 4 and 18 months, and breastfed for a total of 2 years. I've lost all my volume and now measure 34a/b. My husband, we have been together almost 10 years, says I'm perfect and I don't need surgery but he is supportive of my decision. I just want my confidence back. Anyway, In March I made the decision I wanted the surgery. I called the PS office and they had a cancellation and I was scheduled a consultation that week! I did no research prior to the appointment, didn't have "wish boob pictures", I just knew I wanted silicone "natural, more volume" breasts. When the Doctor started talking about cc size it totally freaked me out. His first recommendation was 400cc. That seemed HUGE to me. I do not want big obvious fake implants and that was what 400cc sounded like to me. So we settled at 300cc silicone under the muscle surgery scheduled for May. I don't even know if his plans were HP or moderate, didn't even know there were different implants, I thought they were all the same lol. I was excited for surgery and was sad it was so far away. But, it has been a blessing. After leaving my appointment, I googled 300cc implants to get an idea of what I was getting (at the consultation the did not have me try on sizers or offer 3D imaging I've seen on some reviews). That was when I found this website and have viewed many profiles and looked at hundreds of pictures. I'm so glad I found this site! After viewing 300-450cc pictures I know I want bigger and would have been disappointed with 300cc. I called the PS office last week and scheduled an appointment in 2 weeks to talk about changing the size now that I feel I have done adequate research and have a better understanding of what I want. I'm hoping to go somewhere between 400-435cc. Getting more excited, I can't wait for my next appointment, and my surgery will be just 4 weeks after that!

The day is finally here yay!! I'm so nervous! I've been taking 1000mg Vitamin C twice a day for a week and I started my antibiotic two days ago. I go in 1 hr and I have no clue what size I'm getting. We had agreed on 385 R and 410 L for assymetry on my last visit. About a week after that, I called my ps office and told them I felt I may be going too small and didn't want to regret not going bigger. So I asked for them to also take 425 and 450. I'm getting silicone HP. I'm 5'2 120lbs 34a. I'll update you ladies tonight or tomorrow depending on how I'm feeling tonight lol. I'm finally posting before pics but I don't feel comfortable posting nude pics so this is me with a sz small sports bra.

Hello ladies! I was supposed to be there at 1030 but he was still in his previous case so we had to wait in the lobby a little over half an hour before the could get me going. I did my urine pregnancy test and then they had me change into a gown and gave me a Valium. The dr came in a little after that and drew on me. The nurse came back and started my Iv and walked me to OR room. I really don't remember anything after that. We got to leave around 1 pm. So the whole thing was pretty quick. I was so out of it and apparently kept asking my his author same questions over and over. Poor guy. It was. 2 hour drive home and I was doing ok until the last 30 mins. My pain was horrible. I took one of my pain pills and then through it up about 10 min later :( I didn't want to take anymore though just in case. So 4 hours later, going in and out of sleep I'm finally able to take another pain pil and muscle relaxer. I have been iceing them for 20 min every 20 mins and that does feel good. It hurts so bad to breathe and I can't move my arms at all without horrible pain. I hope that goes away soon. My husband has been so amazing. He is feeding me and taking complete care of me. I'm so happy with all the staff and my PS. They are all so friendly and great. When he was drawing me up I asked about 425/450 and he said he felt the would be way to big for my body so I trust him and we went with the 385/410. I really hope these will give me my wish boobs.
