Dr. Chen was wonderful from initial consultation to the last follow-up. The initial visit consisted of a conversation about what I was looking to achieve, an exam, a few trials with different sizers, and selection of a size and instruction to schedule surgery. The office was very receptive to my uncertainty about sizing and allowed me another consultation. Again, Dr. Chen was very respectful and professional. He was receptive to my request and offered educated opinions on increasing from the original size. He agreed to go just a tad bigger than originally discussed and made my whole life. There was no issue with the process of paying for the procedure. I had surgery scheduled within a month of calling. The entire process went very smoothly. The night following surgery, Dr. Chen called to make sure all was well. I had a follow-up appointment after a few days at which time the dressings were taken off, but the steri strips were to remains until they came off on their own. I called the office after a suspected pulled muscle, and the nurse was very informative about what usual complications were that time out from surgery. I had the final follow-up, where we all agreed the outcome was wonderful. If you are looking for a surgeon for breast augmentation, I absolutely recommend Dr. Chen.
