Amazing!!! - Alberta, Canada

I'm not normally a 'review-er but I wanted to take the time to say how amazing my experience was...especially since I relied solely on reviews in making my decisions to have my surgery abroad. Right when I found my doc (Dr.Victor Urzola) I knew I had found the one and I can't put into words how happy I am! Everything went smoother than smooth and he did a perfect job..better than I ever even expected. The doctor as well as his whole staff are wonderful. People are very close minded and thought I was crazy for having my surgery in Costa Rica but now everyone wants my info! I went to several doctors here in Canada before I made my decision and I didn't care for any of them. So robotic and cold and basically rushing me out of their office after a half an hour consultation leaving me with numerous unanswered questions. My doc and his staff were awesome starting with my very first enquiry. Very quick at responses and answering any questions. I had a very detailed 3 hour consultation the morning of my surgery and by the time they wheeled me in I was totally confident, comfortable and at ease. The anesthesiologist even put on some tunes to help relax me..Michael buble-feelin good..it was perfect and well suited. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted going there so I left the final decisions up to my doc and I'm happy I did..he knows his stuff but better yet, knew what I wanted and what was best for me. The passion Dr.Urzola has for his work is very apparent and he truly is an artist. He does a special technique so you don't bleed during surgery and I didn't have any swelling or bruising at all! Also..I had a cyst in my breast that was discovered during my pre-op breast ultrasound and Dr.Urzola did not hesitate to remove it for me while he was already in there. He even biopsied it to make sure it was nothing to worry about..and all at no extra cost. I had a wonderful and speedy recovery..good to go in just a week. I brought pain killers with me but didn't even end up taking them. It was way more painless and easy then I thought it was going to be..I even ended up getting some dental work done..why not! I went to Dr.Marco munoz cavallini which was amazing as well!! Also, I stayed at Chetica Ranch during my 10 days there and it was heaven. It felt like more of a vacation! Medical tourism is truly a hidden gem and i'm so happy I discovered it. I've already sent 2 of my friends down there and won't stop recommending the amazing people that changed my life. Hope this helps to anyone out there..thinking about it or making these tough final decisions in having your surgery in Costa RicA. I saved lots and lots of money and I'm over joyed with my results. :)
