5 weeks out!

This is definitely a slow recovery but right after my last post I seem to be doing better- seemed to be a turning point. In the last ten days or so I have lost a lot of weight. I was up to 143 after surgery like a week out and I weigh 129 now! My swelling has decreased a lot and I think it has helped with the pain. Although I drove a lot yesterday and my lipo spots hurt more today than they had been. But I have not been taking pain meds for about a week or so. My left breast/side still bothers me a bit. She referred me to physical therapy and I think it helps? Not sure. I am able to do more but mobility is still limited. My left side of my left breast is just uncomfortable. I still have swelling that makes it look like I have a back roll so I hope it goes away eventually. It is definitely smaller though. Sleeping in bed with two propped up pillows. I sleep on my back mostly. I try my sides but it is uncomfortable. Have just started completely dressing and bathing myself again. I wear a binder at night and faja during the day. Overall feeling less regretful over the surgery lol but I do hope my left breast/side continues to improve. Some days are worse than others. The Dr says it could be the nerves waking up. Idk. Nipples have reduced sensitivity but at least have some. I will post some more pictures. I go back to work in a week thank God I am going stir crazy lol
