I decided on breast implants after I began weight...
My first concern was size. I wanted a natural look for my frame. After consulting with my PS, I decided on 275cc Mentor Moderate Plus Silicone implants placed sub-muscularly. I am 5'7 128 lbs, and the 275cc implant gave me the look I was hoping for.
I was also very concerned with recovery time. I didn't want to lose too much training time. I found that I could start doing light exercise very quickly and after 6-8 weeks I was back to my normal training routine.
I am 2 months post op now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
