I love them. Wish they were smaller (and not high profile) because they project a lot in clothes and make me look heavier, but I look amazing naked ????

What mastopexy did you have? Was it a donut lift as I can’t see any vertical scar below your nipple? Thanks xx
He cuts your areola around the circumference without cutting the connections in the middle under the nipple. He scores the tubular breast tissue there under the areola so the dive is relaxed and sits flat. Then he sews them back on. No lollipop or donut lift, no vertical scar, only the scar around my areolas
Dive = tube
Your results look amazing! Did you have any loss of sensation after the surgery? Thanks!
No loss of sensation at ALL! He was very careful to prefer the nerves and connections

One year ago today, I got boobies!

They are not perfect. One is larger than the other. The nipples are large and uneven. The muscle has pulled back a little and caused a bit of a dent. BUT. My boobs are 9000 times better than what I had before and I would do this surgery again in a heartbeat.

Ha, I could say nearly the exact same thing about mine. Congrats, they look great!

Took my own stitches out

This was very scary at first, but I took my time and went slow. My nipples are significantly smaller and rounder. I’m happy so far, but we’ll see!

Looking soo great!! You are brave!
You are so brave!! Were the stitches more shallow than originally is that why you could remove them yourself? I wish I had done this procedure when I was earlier on in my recovery. I feel like it’s too late for me now since I’ve already healed completely. I don’t wanna start over.
Hi, are you happy with your scar revision? I have mine scheduled for April and feel nervous about it!
Hiya, I'm happier with my scar revision, but they are still bigger than I would have liked. That being said, I think this may be my skin type. I haven't seen a lot of people on RealSelf with this sort of issue, which makes me think that my age, skin type and the size of my implants (and how tight my skin is around them) is causing the areolas to spread. I'm very glad I did the revision though, because they were not perfect circles before and they were even bigger. Allll that being said, I love my breasts and even thought my areolas are slightly bigger, my breasts are 10000% better than they were before and I wouldn't go back to the old boobies for a million bucks!
I'm so glad you're happy! I've been using the donut silicone pads and I've seen some improvements, however still going in April to get scar tissue removed. I am also very happy with my results, would never go back! :) thanks for letting us know how it went!
how are things going now a days? are you still happy with your results?
I haven't done any scar treatment this round, because I was too scared that the treatments were causing the thinning/spreading. I used to use silicone strips religiously and this round, I didn't do anything at all. They are still red in places and they are definitely bigger, but the areolas are round and my boobs look pretty damn good!
