I now have multiple issues I did not before

It pains me to write this review. I was desperate to remove a small scar from an aggressive alarplasty, and Dr. Pincus assured me he could do this with a "modified lip lift" as well as "reverse the alarplasty". It's too difficult for me to discuss in detail, but I now have multiple issues I did not before- including much worse scarring, nostril distortion, and obliteration of my alar curve. The damage is irreversible. I'll just leave the photos here but the "alarplasty reversal" does not work.
