It took me some time to adjust to Mr Ross`s manner, but when` I `settled down I found him to be a practical man who communicated in a common sense - no nonsense - and factual way that I began to understand and follow well. He is Full of confidence in his ability and skill range and conveyed this across to me well. I found it Very Reassuring I can tell you .
