I always felt cared for and well informed.
Post opp and follow up was carried out very efficiently , punctual, factual , and very professional . again I always felt well informed and reassured.
Mr Ross did a very professional procedure to what was a difficult set of circumstances and my thanks go to him for the Quality of my finished appearance.
Several Medical friends tell me that his skill level must be outstanding to produce the standard of finish that he has achieved on my scalp.
