Hello. Would love to hear/see any updates. I have almost the same stats and choosing between 295-335. Really leaning towards 295 as I just want a full natural look (like when I was breast feeding). Would like to see how big 275 looks.

I honestly think everyone thinks that way. The longer post surgery the better you will feel. I am almost 6 weeks they drop and feel better and you will look fuller. I still wish I weng a size bigger but I am liking them better now than in a first few weeks. Good luck in recovery. You look amazing.

Ps... I am on vacation and there is so many slim girls with small yet perfect breasts they look amazing, proportional and sexy.

I wished I pick bigger. Let me look in the book and take a pick. If I have to do it again... I will pick 300 or 310. I still happy with my 275. The look very natural.

I had mine done recently and was going to go for 275- 295 range in moderate projection. Told my Doc to do something small and natural... in the end he ordered 275/295/310 in moderate projection and also full projection in the other similar size.
He went with 325gr in full projection (allergan are grammes and not cc, so more or less 300cc ). You can have a look on my profile.
under clothes they look smallish but they are not. I think I could have gone a little smaller but I trusted the doc. and as everyone says they wish they had gone bigger, I am very sattisfied with my results..
I think it's a question of getting used to seeing ourselves a little fuller than before!

Go with the bigger size I felt the same and could not decide btw 345 or 365 chose 345 but i now wish i chose 365. I was told to go bigger but was afraid of being too big. I never believed in boob greed as i was not aiming for attention. Howecer they feel so so much smaller once you have them. If you feel good in 295 choose at least a size bigger. They say 10% is lost 300 less 10% is 270.
I had the same dilema and asked the question on realself and someone has suggested that they feel much smaller but i did not listen. I honestly think I would be perfect with a size bigger. I still like my size and i am happy i did not go smaller which i also considered. Good luck.
