I've went for my first consolation. Surgeon suggested a lift and implants. I'm really not wanting a visible scar. Anyone else been told to do a lift and chose against it? Will I regret it? If I don't do a lift, how big should I go? Help!
Scheduling my next consultation this week. Would love some suggestions.

It looks like you should most likely do a lift. Off of one of my pictures i was told by 2 out of like 10 drs that im borderline for a lift so we shall see at my actual consult. What i fo know is that without a needed one, the implant just further emphasizes the sag.

It's not really the sag that bothers me, honestly. It's just the lack of fullness. If that makes any sense at all?!?

You look like me.. Do the lift and trust your doctor to make the decisions... I'm assuming he's board certified?

Definitely board certified! The second opinion I got today seems to ink he can make me happy with just implants.... I can always add!

I am also in the same boat as you... I have been told that I am broader line... I am choosing NOT to do the lift and just going with a slightly bigger implant because I want a more natural look. The dr said if I do a lift I would have to go smaller with the implant and that they will still look more "fake"... I have 2 young boys and am not going for the [RS bleep] star look

I have chosen to just do the implant for now. I think I will be just as happy!! I'm really not looking for the [RS bleep] star look either;) I'm really not as concerned with the "sag" as much as the loss of fullness!

Had my second consult today. I have chosen to just do the BA. I can always go back and get the lift if I'm not happy but once the scar is there, it's there! I have chosen to do 400cc, saline implants. Surgery is scheduled for May... Eeeekkkk. SUPER nervous and excited! Now to shed a few (or20) pounds before surgery!!

Went in for bA on May 20,2014. We decided on 425 CC. The ride home was painful and found it hard to get comfortable. Once I was able to take the ace wrap off it was much easier! Taking meds around the clock to keep any and all pain away.
