Getting better but still swollen from hip to hip...
I'm gonna post some 5 wk p/o. I look lop-sided cuz of more swelling on right side. I started working out this week. No cardio yet just weights. 3 sets of each excercise. Lunges, biceps, tri-ceps calves, dead lifts.
Can't wait till summer!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Lehman did my breast implants in 1998. They look so natural. He is quite an artist and has quite a resume. Sent plenty of friends his way throughout the years. BTW, since I basically had a mommy makeover I had no pain in my breast and felt a little bruising in my flanks. I have to say I do get tired quick. A walk to the bathroom and back I'm whooped. Even eating. In good shape, workout 4/5 times a week hard. And my 1st two days of recovery kicked my butt!!! My wonderful GF is taking care of me for 10 days in her quiet home away from my 4 children and sometimes needy but loving Husband. I owe her big/time. Going to get my pain pump out Tommorow and hope I can walk without passing out. My stitches looke great and I can't grab a belly. Muscle repair recover sucks but damn I'm gonna be Rockin my bikini!!!!!
