Dr. Gentile's office staff are absolutely WONDERFUL. They are well-organized, professional and extremely polite...on the phone, in person, in the OR. Everyone I've interacted with has been lovely, including Dr. Gentile. I spent one hour with him at my first appointment where he evaluated me and spent time explaining the procedures - he decided to combine the Cellulaze with Smart Lipo in order to achieve the best results possible. He was honest about expectations and he showed me several before/after examples. I must say that I was comfortable with Dr. Gentile from the start.
