4 Weeks Post-treatment No Sculpting and Yes Breast Fat Transfer

I went to my 5 month post op appointment and Dr. K said my arms are still showing swelling. I told him my breast have been extremely sore for the past week. He said it is normal. My arms i see results now but I would still like some revision. My breast I am happy with even considering it doing another fat transfer to them. They were fluctuating at first but I feel now they are getting bigger. My full abdomen is a complete disappointment. I told Dr. K I am not Awwed at my results that my problem areas still my problem areas. He said that it is loose skin and not fat and that I should consider a tiny tuck which I am not too sure about. I am considering getting a second opinion. I feel that Elite can do better. He asked that I come back again in a couple months to follow up. Here are my before surgery pics and my today pictures at 5 months post op.

Here is my 3 month update. Only a slight visible difference. I will post up date on breast fat transfer soon. Here is my full abdomen and arms. I am upset at my results. I do see a change but not worth the money.

I attended my 1 month post op I was told everything looked great. I dont look or feel great. I look the same. My breast went down more. I went up about half a cup and one breast is smaller. My stomach is the same and my arms are same. I have attached updated pics. I will post an update for my 3 month checkup. I am disappointed as of now.
