Feels and looks very lumpy

Just can't go start this with saying in no way do I consider myself overweight- I run regularly and have always had a small, but round belly. My goal in getting this procedure was simply to make that roundness flat and I was told this could be achieved.

I am currently 2 days post op and took my first shower today where I was able to see my stomach for the first time (was told to wait 48 hours to shower and remain in my faja) and so far I am extremely disappointed with the results. My belly is definitely not flat and now has 2 little protruding dips as opposed to just the 1 I started with. It feels and looks very lumpy. I know this is only day 2 so I don't want to jump the gun with my final rating, but so far I will leave it as undecided I guess and just pray that time heals this.

Looking at the before and after from 10 days post op to me is like looking at the before and after of having a big meal or being bloated on my period. I’ve seen this exact change in my stomach already just from waking up in the morning and going to bed at night. To think this cost over $7000 to see a change that I already see naturally everyday on my own is just insane to me.
I went for my 1 week post op appointment and was told this was just swelling that would all go away and my stomach would be flat in a few months, but I am highly skeptical of that.
