This is not a "lunch time procedure." This is what they try and sell you, but it's not, this is a full surgery minus being under. With the laughing gas you won't remember most of it anyway- you might as well be under.
"You can go back to work the same day." Maybe this is true, but not for a full abdominal surgery. I missed a week of work, and going on a second week without being able to wear any regular clothes (i, e not sweatpants). You will not be able to do almost anything. swelling lasts up to 6 months so your true results aren't shown for a long time. I wish they had been more upfront with me on this procedure.
Also, bedside manner of the doctor is horrible. worst part of the visit by far.
