Subtle Changes

I didn't have a lot of excessive weight but my body tends to carry fat in my stomach , which always made me hyper conscious. I had tried cool sculpt but didn't find it as effective as I wanted. I couldn't lose more weight without going underweight so wanted to remove the fat so if it ever came back, it would go somewhere else.

I had lower and upper abdomen treated and my experience was very easy. I could see the results pretty much instantly. Recovery was easy. There was some swelling in unmentionable places that resolved in a few days. The pain levels were very manageable - I didn't even need to take the prescribed pain meds and managed with just ibuprofen.

There was some knotty texture scarring developing under the skin near incision points but they resolved within a few months. I only have three barely visible scars.

My pants fit just slightly better, I have more curvature , and almost a year later, the fat hasn't come back in the abdomen.

I only wish more fat was taken out but I think the relief would have looked uneven and unnatural.

Dr Nguyen was realistic about what to expect and did not try to upsell.

The nursing staff was very helpful and encouraging throughout the procedure . The procedure itself isn't extremely painful, just feels strange (like you ate a really big meal but it went under your skin).
