AirSculpt Smooth on Butt and Thighs (WASTE OF MONEY)
I had AirSculpt Smooth performed on my butt and thighs to reduce cellulite. I previously did a BBL with the same doctor in May 2023 which left my butt and thighs with more cellulite than I had before. During my 6 month check up, I told the doctor my concern and he told me to come back for AirSculpt Smooth.
HE TOLD ME that my case was so minor that they would fix 100% of my cellulite and I would see results IMMEDIATELY after surgery - no waiting 6 months like the BBL procedure. Essentially the results you have after surgery will be final.
WELL let me tell you, that man either lied to me before the surgery or lied to me after.
Because when I came back in for my 1 week checkup and I had worse cellulite, he told me to wait 3 months to see results. I come back in for my 3 month checkup and he told me to wait 6 months to see results. When I told him how upset I was and that this is not what he promised plus that I was in pain during the operation, he looked scared and was backing out of the room as he was offering some sort of refund. He literally spent less than 5 minutes with me before running out of that room. Then the office manager comes in to tell me that they can't offer refunds and that I need to wait 6 months before its even discussed.
I also had hard lumps all over my thighs where he performed the operation. He told me that those lumps should go away after 2 weeks and he's surprised they're here. He told me to use a massage gun and they'll go away. The majority is gone now, but I still have discoloration and small hard lumps I can feel on my thighs and ass to this day.
During the operation, they didn't give me enough numbing because I could feel the knife and each violent stab. At first, I passed out from too much gas. Then I didn't have enough gas because they reduced it too much. I told them while silently sobbing on the table, "I can feel everything." They just looked at each other scared and didn't do anything. The nurse had no idea what she was doing and the doctor was constantly scolding and correcting her during my procedure. After, in the waiting room, I continued to silently sob and ask for stronger pain meds. They didn't do anything.
I have my 6 month in May 2024 and if I do not get a refund then, I am considering taking legal action.
