~6 days post-op

This round of air sculpting was significantly easier than my first in terms of recovery. After an exam with the surgeon the day before, he was a bit hesitant that we wouldn't get enough fat to completely fill the right breast as I wanted. Facing the possibility of coming all that way and finding out on the table that he couldn't find enough fat to get the results I wanted for the Up a Cup, I decided to take his recommendation and add more areas, bringing the price up to $18k. There was a good fat deposit on the back of my arms so that was added, as was the banana rolls as he highly recommended it for shaping the butt. In the end I got air sculpting to my chin, arms, outer thighs, inner thighs (free revision from the first time), and banana rolls under my butt, and revision to the boobs (up a cup).
I honestly felt no pain during (I was drugged of course) or after the procedure. The thing that got me the first time I went in for air sculpting was getting the flanks/abs done, it was incredibly sore for like a week after. But the areas I got weren't bad at all, truly the only thing that got me was nausea from the drugs and I threw up several times in the hotel afterwards. The face garment was awful, even now when I wear it I think it throws off my body temperature as it traps heat to your head.
Surgeon ended up getting about a liter of fat which was plenty to fill the right boob with 300cc and add 150 cc more to the left boob, with the idea that they would end up being about equal with the current size difference. He threw out about 50cc of fat as it wouldn't fit in the breast tissue.

Airsculpt Part 2

This is a revision surgery to my original airsculpt last year (read at: https://www.realself.com/review/airsculpt-waist-abs-thigh-cup).

Last year I had airsculpting at the Nashville clinic to my inner thighs, abs, flanks, and bra rolls, transferring the fat to my boobs in Up-a-Cup. Honestly very happy with the results overall, but my right breast did not turn out equally, the surgeon hadn't deposited equal material there and the difference in size has been bothersome to me. I also didn't notice any difference in my inner thighs, he was conservative (which is for the better, easier to take out more fat than take out too much and have a divet like some girls have ended up with in their inner thighs from lipo). My abs and flanks are great, though it's been 1.5 yrs at this point and a small big of the fat has returned, overall very happy with it and my left breast size. The surgeon agreed to do a revision, taking more material from my inner thighs so I see results and increasing volume to my right breast. It's taken me quite a while to get back in for this revision as the downtime is a month away from cardio, but finally have it scheduled for next week. Because the inner thigh isn't going to yield enough material for a fat graft, also getting my chin and jaw done (which I've wanted to for a long long time!) and removing some fat for the graft from my outer thigh that seems to have accumulated after the fat was removed from my stomach. For the chin/jaw I am also getting the airsculpt + tightening as it's highly recommended to make the jaw as tight as possible. Posting my one week post op photos of the operating areas and will post a day or so after to give an honest assessment to help others decide if this journey is right for them.
I was quoted at about $9k for the chin, chin tightening, outer thighs. I am hoping any excess material could be donated to the left breast but I know it's a guessing game to try to get grafts to take equally, I would be ok with 1/2 cup size bigger at most but do want them to be closer in size. Currently a 34B and was a 34A prior to airsculpt, though my right breast is currently not filling the cup as much as the left. Open to taking even more fat from the flanks if more material is needed, really want to see final results this time!
