Airsculpt - What a Game-changing Procedure!
WORTH IT
I recently had an Airsculpt procedure with Dr. Bullis, targeting several areas (arms, full abdomen, back bra roll, lower back, and dorsocervical hump) along with tightening on the upper/lower abs and back bra roll. From start to finish, Dr. Bullis and his team made the entire experience remarkably smooth and comforting. Dr. Bullis is incredibly friendly and reassuring, taking the time to set realistic expectations and ease any pre-surgery jitters. The front desk staff and nurses were equally welcoming, going out of their way to make me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.
I was initially nervous about the pain, but I was given a Xanax, Demerol, and Toradol, which kept me relaxed and comfortable. To my surprise, the numbing process was not painful at all—I barely felt the numbing shots or the small openings for the cannula, and what little I did feel wasn’t painful. During the procedure, I was shocked by how comfortable it was! The sensation felt more ticklish than anything else, and while Dr. Bullis and my nurse checked in frequently, I reassured them that the only reason I was tensing up was from the ticklish feeling.
With so many areas done, I experienced minimal discomfort overall. The only places I felt any real pain were the tightening on my arms (a 3/10 on the pain scale, which was brief) and near my ribs and belly button on my abdomen (a 5/10 at most). This was my last area, and I was a bit out of it by then, so I tried the laughing gas for the first time. While it helped, it did make me dizzy, so I only used it for a few breaths. The more intense parts were over in just a couple of minutes, and the entire time, I felt exceptionally well cared for by Dr. Bullis and the team.
I am now less than two weeks post-op and still a bit swollen, but I’m already seeing noticeable improvements and couldn’t be happier with the results so far. I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Bullis to anyone considering Airsculpt!
