Airsculpt on outer and inner thighs - painless procedure
UPDATED FROM NMS002
1 month post
Not impressed
I was very hopeful that I still had swelling but I’m now 7 weeks post-op and haven’t seen any more improvement than the original 1 inch off each thigh.

5 days post-op
I’m on day 5 post-op. The last few days have been easy, I work from home so I can to wear my compression pants comfortably full-time. I only take them off for quick showers. I walk on the treadmill for a minimum of 1 hour a day. They suggest at least 45 mins of walking a day.
The first shower (48 hours post-op) was a little intimidating. It was definitely a hybrid shower with lots of caution. I can’t quite tell a difference yet, but optimistic that I’m still swollen and need time. I did measure my thighs today at the widest point compared to pre-procedure and both are about an 1 inch smaller.
I’m going to give it to the 6 week and 3 month marks before I really judge it. As of now, still not sure but optimistic.

Hi, I am day 1 of my post op after doing inner thigh, outer thigh, knees, and bananas rolls. I am experiencing a lot of swelling. Did you experience this as well? If so, when did it calm down?
Yes very swollen for the first few days. Made me question even getting it done because I didn't see a difference immediately like I wanted to. The thick pads they put in the compression pants also make it look bigger than it is. Swelling went down the first week and even more the second week. Make sure you walk every day like they recommend. I swear that helped me a ton.
My doctor said you could really start seeing results at 3 weeks. Have you been able to see results?
Yesterday was my 3 week mark and I can absolutely see results. They say the minimum amount to wear the compression pants is 2 weeks and I still wear mine 24/7 except to shower. My doctor said for the patients with the best results they wear them up to 6 weeks so I'm trying to go for that

Airsculpt on Outer and Inner Thighs
I’m starting day 1 post-op on my outer and inner thighs (had the procedure yesterday) and I’m kind of in awh about how easy it has been. Feels like I did a hard leg workout. Taking 800mg Ibuprofen has been enough for any discomfort. I work from home and I’m already back to working today (from the couch).
The procedure itself was truly painless, more so just felt weird knowing what was happening. My doctor and nurse were great and kept me comfortable and at ease. I was SO nervous I barely slept the night before. They provided Xanax and the laughing gas which worked wonders. After I got home I took a long nap, then went and walked gently on the treadmill for an hour. The post-op instructions say we should start our walks the day AFTER surgery but I was feeling good and wanted to get some movement in.
I wanted to post about my experience because I didn’t see many other thigh reviews from Airsculpting when I was doing my research. Will try to post more updates too!
