The first time I walked in (for my consultation) I was greeted by Zee and treated as a client when I wasn’t (just yet!). Jenna was the first person I spoke to about the procedure when I came in for my consultation.

She shared her personal experience with a procedure she had done allowing me to have a better understanding of what my procedure would be like from the patient’s perspective. She made the payment process very easy which I know can get frustrating quick. Before the day of my procedure Jenna and the nurses Jasleen, Elaine, and Mansi had adequately prepped me for the day of my procedure. On the day of my procedure I met Dr. De Luca who would be doing my procedure that day.

He explained everything he was doing before he started and again while he was doing the actual procedure. Having these step by step explanations was comforting and insightful as to what is being done. Jasleen and Elaine were my nurses for that day and they too, like the doctor, were very attentive to my every concern and need. Their attentiveness was exceptional during and after the procedure.
