Don’t Waste Your Money

Warning! Spent $20k for a promise to tighten my skin with premier sculpting on lower/upper abdomen. Was up sold to do side planks and back bra roll for conformity. At the 3 month check in it was shared they took 3lbs of fat from me over all. I voiced a concern about a pocket of small fat that stuck out on my abdomen and was told that it was still fluid and would be gone by 6-month check-in. Dr. Bullis also had the audacity to state that my results would be better if I lost another 3-5lbs because I weighed the same as when i initially came in….sigh. (They only took 3lbs of fat out of me!)

At my 6 month check in, again I was told by a different doctor in one of their other locations (wanted a 2nd opinion) that I did not have enough fat underneath to modify any of my concerns & he would be hesitant to go in for the small pocket I called out during my first follow up because of potential dimpling. He said he could do it, but asked how comfortable I was with risk. I said additional risk? None.

Overall I spent $20k for extremely minimal to no seen adjustments, no notice of skin tightening and no offer by either facility to try and remedy the situation for any amount of partial refund.

Yikes I’m so sorry you had this experience! And concur, your results should have been more striking (especially for the price tag!). I just had this done four days ago in Nashville (plus Up a Cup) for the same $20k and am hoping to see results that correspond to the payment. I ruled out any of the local Elite Body clinics and flew to Nashville as the surgeons there had excellent looking results compared to other clinics. I hope they (or another clinic) can give you better results and honor how much you already shelled out.
OMG.. Ifeel.like crying now. I was trying to stay positive because I'm almost at 3 months but keep looking at myself in the mirrow and see myself worse than before. My stomach gas lumps and rolls. It is so uneven. My back has more rolls than before. I still have a bra roll. Went in for my first follow up and tje doctor said I had loose skin where I supposdly paid for skin tight. On top of that the surgeons took to much off my lower back where now the took of my but looks like a Chuck was taken off amd not the other. I am.so scared of the excuse I am going to get when I go in next week for my 3 month post op.
Girl I am so sorry:/ You still look gorgeous but I know you paid for more drastic results! I will say before I had mine done last week I did a ton of research and learned it’s both the device proficiency and the plastic surgeon that make the good results. I wasn’t impressed with my local Elite Denver clinic so flew to Nashville to have mine done because Dr Marten there had such great results. I wonder if you can be vocal within the Elite community and another of their plastic surgeons can fix it for free? If you don’t trust your surgeon (which I totally get based on what you told me) you can send your photos to another Elite clinic and see if yours can work with them (pay them) to fix your results? I know the Nashville clinic said my local Denver clinic could still handle any patient visits even though I’m a patient at Nashville. This tells me another Elite could potentially fix yours as well. At the end of the day you have legitimate concerns and this is not what you paid for, the last thing the Elite marketing team needs is to see before and afters like yours, this is not what they advertise and would tarnish the Elite reputation. I asked Dr Marten what would happen if I didn’t like my results and he said if something needed to be fixed (like the rolls you described) it would absolutely be free, but if I just wanted more drastic results we’d have to talk about payment. In your case you basically have nothing to show for the $20k so they should give you results or refund. Here for moral support chica, good luck
I’m so sorry for your experience- extremely disappointing for sure. What happened at your 3 month visit? Will the Dr do another procedure for free to address your concern?
Did they use the airsculpt plus on you or just airsculpt? I know the plus is the renuvion for skin tightening.
I’m the same I paid 17k and fell ripped off. I’ve gained weight and size and all they said is that it’s selling and to get checked at 6 months. I could get a trainer and supplements that’s cheaper. Didn’t go to them to wait that long and still have to put in most of the work. Can we sue? I want a refund
The more negative reviews I see regarding this procedure, the more I am considering canceling my virtual appointment next week. I’m only about 25 lbs over my normal weight (when I was physically able to be very, very active as a competitive athlete…I now have low back and knee issues from all those athletic years and cannot exercise much until I have my knee replacement and back surgery).

I knew the price would give me some sticker shock, but what has bothered me the most is how many people have said they have had minimal results and/or prolonged swelling. Trust me, I’m no wimp, but to shell out that much money only to feel marginally better or worse has me rethinking my decision.

I SO appreciate honesty and integrity in reviews and I’m so sorry you had this experience. My biggest fear is exactly what you have been so honest about. I’m 57 and going through menopause- my athletic frame has changed so much bc of my injuries and if I had your experience I would be incredibly disappointed as well. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the candor and again, I am so sorry you did not get the results you paid for. I can’t believe that for the amount of money you spent that they are unwilling to give you some revisions or refund part of their fees. I would definitely soldier up some of that frustration and make contact with The Elite Community…unless they too like to sweep their unsatisfied clients under the rug.
I am an athlete who had knee surgery and decided to get AirSculpting and fat transfer (breasts) since I was going through knee post-op anyway. I have absolutely loved my results and think it was expensive but really worth it. I had my procedure in May of last year and will likely go in for another later this fall (my right breast is slightly smaller so he said he'd fix for free, granted the graft site is still being charged). I posted my extensive review of my results on real self last year. I will say the downsides are cost (I did 0% financing through Cherry so it's been manageable) and you will very likely store fat in other places you didn't normally put much before (I've noticed my chin and outer thighs are storing more than they used to so it turns into a wack a mole scenario lol) but definitely worth it for me to have a gorgeously sculpted stomach and boobs! I went to the Nashville clinic (Dr Marten) though I live in Colorado, recommend shopping by surgeon and their reviews as the procedure is great but it's really the skill of the plastic surgeon that provides results. Good luck with whatever you decide!
Sorry I'll add-I also had AirSculpt on my inner thighs for my fat graft and it was one of the sites I really didn't notice too much results. Dr Marten likes to go conservative on some sites (inner thighs included as it could leave a dent) as he'd rather take too little and have you come back asking for more out, then try to fix taking too much fat out (pretty hard to put back). He is redoing my inner thighs at my next appointment. Takeaway: Most plastic surgeons will fix their work if you aren't happy for free as you already paid the $$$$, most of the time they've taken too little out as they have had clients who freak out at having a too sculpted stomach. Talk to surgeon as you interview them for your appointment, they will want you to be happy and their reputation is on the line for their work. Mine assured me he'd take more out if I wanted more and he is (for free).
