360 lipo, fat transferred to wrong part of body, waist/lower back look deformed

I had 360 lipo with fat transfer at La Jolla Airsculpt by Dr. Raja Nalluri. It is now 6 days post op and the right side of my waist/lower back looks deformed because he transferred the fat on the wrong part of my body that I agreed for him to do. I asked him to fill in the hip/glute area and he filled in my waist instead which makes it look like I have a massive tumor below my wait. It is because the surgeon didn't take the necessary steps or time for my fat transfer. I was told the procedure was supposed to be 2-3 hours and that it will most likely be on the longer side because I'm very skinny so he needs to be more precise. On the day of the surgery, it was awake lipo and it was uncomfortable and painful for me the entire time. At one point i was curling up because it was hurting and he just kept lipoing without saying anything. The total procedure time was only 1 hour, he didn't use an ultrasound to guide the fat transfer to ensure the fat wasn't going underneath my muscle (i overheard the nurses talking to each other about setting up the ultrasound but that the surgeon was not going to use it when i feel like he should have), and the total time for him to transfer the fat to both sides of my glutes/hips took only 2 minutes. His lack of care and patience made the right side of my body unflattering and I have not been mentally well since the day of the surgery. He transferred the fat to the top of my waist instead of the side of glutes like he was supposed to. I have been crying for days for how horrible it looks. I will be posting pictures where you can still see the markings of where he was suppose to transfer the fat and where it was actually transferred. I had my 1 week follow up today and the woman on the phone was tying to insinuate that the large mass was fluid from swelling or that the fat "migrated". NO IT DID NOT MIGRATE AND IT IS NOT SWELLING. how could the fat "migrate upward" when im standing all day or laying flat on my belly. I stopped draining after my second day and no changes in the size of that area. Do not try to blame my body for the doctor's mistake.

I was also told during my consultation that the doctor would be able to use my previous incision sites from my prior surgery. I had 14 previous incision sites that he could of used and he didn’t use any of them. He made 8 new incision sites. Now i have a total of 22 incisions/entry points all within an inch from each other and they are in less discrete areas. If i would have known that there he was going to give me completely new ones, i would have NEVER scheduled the surgery to begin with.

Also this “no scalpel”, “no stiches”, “freckle size” is [RS bleep]. They are literally hole-punching your skin off and its not a freckle size. Its large. With 14 previous incision sites with stitches from a previous surgery, trust me when I say, the scalpel and stitches is a million times better than getting your skin hole-punched at Airsculpt. Now my body looks like a connect-the-dots puzzle with 22 entry points.

DO NOT GO TO AIRSCULPT. You are better off going to Tijuana for half the price and get the results you want with a surgeon that actually takes his time and necessary steps to ensure they are doing things correctly. I know now that more money does not mean better service or quality.
