Feeling disappointed - aftercare is dangerously lacking

Feeling Disappointed

$12,000
Airscuplt is fantastic marketing and a good concept. In my lived experience they failed to deliver the brand promise that Dr. Rollins promotes.
Let me start by saying the office is amazing, all the sales people were on the spot to get me booked, staff advised on hotels, and the supplies provided are good quality for after care. I really liked one of the experienced nursing staff who was their at my arrival. But my biggest concern is the overall “care” is lacking and that I didn’t get the attention to my biggest problem area that I came to get help with. Maybe I should of re-voiced what I wanted but I thought they had it covered.
I traveled to have my procedure. They knew I needed virtual follow ups when I booked the procedure. They just scheduled dates for follow ups and didn’t even ask availability. Ouch. The need for virtual appt was discussed prior to payment. I am really put off by the lack of “virtual” care that I prepaid for. I found the appointment times in my bag the day after surgery.
I experienced staff that were very knowledgeable and some that were “ in training” on the day of my procedure. (I didn’t pay training special prices.) The “ training” person medicated me, came back and gave me financial paperwork. I was very annoyed by this messy approach and expressed it. I had pre-signed docs a week earlier. I am not sure why these new papers were needed. She couldn’t advise. I didn’t get a copy of the detail from this last minute signing either. This was really a hot mess. I should not be naked in a robe and medicated signing things. The “training” person had no idea what the drugs were being injected when I asked. I wanted to confirm the numbing soliton as I have trouble with pain.
I had full abs done. The most distributing thing is that someone on the op crew went out drinking the night before and I could smell it during the morning procedure. Not a great feeling when you are essentially compromised.
Here is my post-op assessment after a week:Top abs look very good. A focus on the waist and hour glass shape. But the issue is that it is as if they didn’t do my worst area that I originally booked - my lower abs. (I was there for lower abs specifically and got up sold to full abs.). Now my problem is there standing out. I am beyond disappointed. I hope there is swelling but it doesn’t look like it. It will be a miracle. I was told I could come back for another procedure when I asked about this when calling trying to get a nurse. Very dismissive. Hardly one and done! Maybe folks had too much fun the night before and just wanted to get me out of there in a hurry.
After care is dangerously lacking. No call the night or day after. I did get a text when I was sleeping on day 4. I called back several times and could never get a nurse. That is when I talked to someone else about how the results were looking and they said wait 6 months then have more work done.
The office was a No show on my one week follow up virtual appointment that I paid in excess of $1,000 for. I called twice for the appointment. No one available. The person said they do virtual when they can and they would call me back. They were annoyed that I was calling. They never did call back all day. No text.
Thank goodness I knew how to deal with the leaking and post care because no one checked timely on me. I have had procedures at different providers and it’s always been customary that the doctor personally calls at other providers. I find it odd that a nurse didn’t even talk to me. All of this leads me to say care is lacking and doesn’t match the brand promise.
The procedure doesn’t feel like a massage. It felt like a small shock or like a rubber band snapping. Not extremely painful but not a massage.
Time will tell if it improves. Right now I feel like Elle Woods the time she finally got the appointment at the salon in Beverly Hills that she wanted and it ended up being a huge disappointment.
